The property was lovely, modern and spacious. Everything you needed for a break away. The conservatory with the dining table was a nice touch The enclosed garden was lovely for our dog Tilly she loved laying in the sun.
The step up to get in the front door was very high, our dog struggled to get up as she has arthritis in her back legs. Maybe if the step was a bit higher it would be better. The curtains in the double room were very thin so the light shone through early morning. Maybe some black out linings would help that

The property was well presented and very clean. Keys in keybox at property so easy to collect and return. Plenty of crockery, glasses, and pans in kitchen. Lots of room left in kitchen cupboards to store groceries (some properties don't leave any space). Fab tap in downstairs toilet. Nice lounge area and box of family games to play was a nice touch. Dining room will be nice in Summer. Great bathroom. The host recommended the "Godfather" takeaway which was very good. Approx 7 minute walk to bus stop. Taxi cost to/from Hull train station was around £10-£12 for station taxi or fixed price of £8.80 for Hull Taxis.
As tall and sometimes fidgety sleepers the beds were a bit smaller than our preference. Good quality beds and covers etc, most people I'm sure would be very happy.
