The hotel is very near to train station. Room is clean and spacious. Value for money. Room is warm during winter but toilet does not have heating. So, make it very cold during winter.
There is no reception before 11am. We arrived at the reception ard 9am together with two more guests. Pressed the bells for half an hour. No body answer. Lucky, one of the guest called up the number and get someone to help us keep the luggages. Thanks.

I recently stayed at the BestPrice Hotel in Koblenz and was initially worried due to some poor online reviews. I am happy to report that my experience has been completely different and overwhelmingly positive. It seems the hotel has made great improvements, or perhaps some of the older comments are no longer accurate.
The key to this hotel is its incredible offering for budget-conscious travelers: it is one of the cheapest hotels in Koblenz and boasts an unbeatable location, situated just a 2-minute walk from the main train station (Koblenz Hauptbahnhof). This makes it extremely efficient for arriving, departing, or exploring the region.
The most important takeaway: the room is spotlessly clean. I specifically checked the linen, which older reviews had criticized, and found the sheets and bedding to be perfectly clean and fresh. The entire room is tidy and well-maintained, making it feel very comfortable and efficient for travelers.
Another minor complaint I had read was about a lack of hooks in the bathroom. I found this to be a non-issue, as there are four convenient hooks provided in the main living space of the room, which is more than enough space for coats, towels, and bags.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the price. The staff was friendly, the check-in was simple, and most importantly, the room was clean, modern, and perfectly positioned for transport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and efficient place to stay in the Koblenz area.

The check-in was nice, friendly, smooth. The place was comfortable; nice location. On the morning I left the elevator button to the main floor did not work. A cleaning lady went down and pushed the button to summon it. I was supposed to leave/check out at 11. I was turning off my laptop at 11:05 and a cleaning man came in. He couldn't speak English or German but showed me a text on his phone that "I should have been long gone." Rude.
