Chose this hotel for a group of kids to swim indoors. Pool is small with 10 person capacity. Spa was out of order. You need to request towels at the front desk but they arent standard bath size towels; theyre smaller. There was also only one bath size towel in the room for a family of 3. Why should we have to request more when we tell you how many ppl are staying when we make the reservation? This is inconvenient, especially if wanting to shower after traveling. Majority of the hotel is under renovation. Guys working all hours of the day sealing windows/sliding doors to prep for painting i believe. Restaurant/bar in lobby is a separate entity. Breakfast vouchers provided at check in but options for food were lacking. You can purchase a pancake breakfast or more if you'd like. Room was nice but the carpet can use some deep cleaning. Our floor had some sticky areas that were gross. Toilet seat sits very low. TV channels are very limited. Staff was welcoming and accommodating to requests. We noticed that most of their guest are elderly and after 10pm you can't be loud in the lobby area because the windows and doors to the rooms near the lobby can hear everything noisy. Overall, nice stay with good company. Looking forward to seeing the upgrades.

This is not the time to be staying at this hotel. They're remodeling , so everything is a mess. Lots of noise. There were trash cans outside of the rooms, they made the hallway smell. They said they had free breakfast but didn't know where that was located.
