Nice central location, nice place. Great communication by the host. Private parking must be arranged in advance and at a specific time prior to check-in in order to receive access instructions. Please note that street parking can be challenging due to limited availability. A 10:00 AM check-out time may not be ideal for vacation travelers. Extending the check-out to at least 12:00 PM would better accommodate their needs and enhance the overall guest experience.

Lovely old style apartment. Very nicely decorated. The host has thought of everything that you could need. We used the garage at an extra cost, that was scary! Easier with a small car l think!! Very convienient to catch the train to Venice. Thank you for a lovely stay

I am from the United States and visited Verona by way of Oberstdorf, Germany. My boyfriend and I were traveling together and chose to stay in Verona because of its proximity to Christo's Floating Piers installation in Sulzano and its proximity to Venice (the other direction). The apartment is lovely, spacious, and well-appointed. We cooked several meals there and found everything to be very comfortable.
We could easily walk to shops and restaurants and didn't take a taxi or a bus with the exception of our excursions with luggage. We walked to and from the Porta Nuova main train station every day (a bit of a hike, but okay if you don't mind walking) and could easily walk to the Colosseum, Juliet's House, and other monuments. We also rented bikes the last day and rode them around the city, which was a lot of fun (but if you're under 5'2", be warned, these bikes are tall and difficult for short people to maneuver).
The owner's daughter met us upon arrival and gave us the lay of the land as well as suggestions where to eat, drink, visit, etc. The only problem we encountered was payment. I was confused and thought we would be billed for our stay after, but we were expected to pay the balance in cash upon leaving. An ATM was close by, so it was fine.
Lovely place owned by lovely people. Well worth it!
