Great location handy to beach ,Waitangi ,Paihia supermarket could easily walk every where

The property was cute and comfy. Beds and rooms were tidy and clean. Great for what we needed it for.
Unsure if it was the water, but shower box smelt damp, and bathroom was quite small.

Bathroom area very small & suitable for one person at a time. Very basic condiments and minimal tea & coffee for 3 night stay.
