Booked the apartment so we could prepare some basic meals such as breakfast. Nevertheless we found this apartment lacking those stuff.
Stove not working
No fry pan
No toaster
No plug point in kitchen for electric kettle
No English channels on TV.
No plug to even plug android TV device.
Each night in Trieste required tourist to pay city tax. However, the management sent countless messages and emails regarding the tax. We were so stressed just trying to pay the city tax. In our opinion could be solved by just paying during check in (given we checked in during their operational hours).
The place ambience was homely and if you hungry at night, it is closed to McDonalds. The mattress was very comfortable.
