Les points forts : l'annonce est conforme à ce que l'on découvre, bel appartement récent sur les hauteurs, bien isolé des voisins, belles plantations (même des fruits selon la saison), belle terrasse à l'ombre. La possibilité de se garer gratuitement au bord de la plage (un peu plus de 2km en voiture) en suivant leurs conseils.
À améliorer : l'accueil plutôt du style agence, vite fait. Juste une bouteille d'eau à température ambiante, c'est dommage. Un peu de sel, quelques épices etc. n'auraient pas été de trop. Impossible de voyager léger il faut amener tout ce qui n'est pas indiqué. On aurait aimé un fer à repasser, un minimum de place sur le plan de travail. On a aussi eu droit sur la terrasse à une invasion de petites bêtes deux - trois jours de suite. Rien de vraiment méchant.
Conclusion : On a passé une très bonne semaine fin juin et on est prêt à recommencer.

Bell'appartamento, nuovo, moderno e funzionale. Riservato, con terrazza e giardinetto. Peccato che il forno fosse non funzionante e non vi fosse un microonde...inoltre per avere lenzuola ed asciugamani abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra...la lontananza dal mare rendeva necessario l'uso dell'auto anche perché la strada era quasi tutta in salita. Proprietari discreti e cortesi. Nel complesso quindi giudizio positivo, ci tornerei!

Villa molto bella e nuova, accessoriata in ogni particolare, Mattia e Maurizio molto attenti e disponibili a ogni esigenza del cliente. Esperienza assolutamente positiva e ottima da consigliare.
Il parcheggio è privato e comodo.
Lo spazio esterno con veranda e giardino permette una privacy perfetta!
