La Tropica Bali have the most friendliest staff. Dedicated house-keeping team, and great workers. They catered to the differing needs of our very large group, which at times could be overwhelming. Booked for 4 rooms and 6 villas. Each family had their own private space. Child and baby friendly. The villas had their own filtered water machine with both hot and cold water. Great space ro relax and chill, we had the option of using both the open pools and we had our own private pool. Restaurant and bar onsite. They have shuttle services to tourist attractions and the airport. We had great chaperones who became a part of our family.

Recommendation: For the restaurant to consider adding QR code for instant ordering of food and to pay direct from phones.

I really enjoyed my stay here and actually stayed twice during my trip. The staff everywhere in the hotel are incredibly kind, personal and attentive. Both the reception staff and F&B team remembered me, which made the experience feel very welcoming and special. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, including a smart TV. During my second stay, I paid a bit extra for an upgraded room due to my allergies and it was absolutely worth it — the room was fantastic and even had a private pool! I also appreciated that they prepared a breakfast to go for my early departure, which was a very thoughtful service.

The only downside is that there isn’t much within walking distance around the hotel, although with Grab you can get anywhere quite easily. We also asked for extra water and this was charged separately. Personally, I think complimentary extra water would be a nicer touch, especially since many other hotels include this.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The breakfast options were limited. For a hotel like this, I would suggest offering an open buffet so guests can choose according to their dietary needs and preferences. My stay included breakfast, yet I was charged extra for oat milk, which I found disappointing. Additionally, maintenance work was taking place during the day without any prior notice. I was only informed via a note left in my room upon arrival.
