Lokalita sa mi páčila, kľudné miesto, blízko k lyžiarskemu stredisku *Molltaller Gletsher, blízko centrum obce, v blízkosti je aj skibus. Priestranné vonkajšie sedenie , v lete je k dispozícii bazén.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobrze działające wifi, przechowalnia na narty i buty.
Brak ręczników, niefunkcjonalna szafa bardziej do muzeum etnograficznego niż do pokoju turystycznego, mały pokój wypełniony prawie w całości wielkim małżeńskim łóżkiem. Za mały aneks kuchenny, wszechobecna ciasnota. Pierwsza noc - brak ogrzewania.
