With some minor upgrades this could be a really great vacation rental. The Hoya itself is just fine and some areas have been nicely updated such as the master bathroom. The other bathrooms, however are original to the house and could use remodeling. The main living area is nice even if we had to move some for tire to make it more user friendly. There is a living room with no for tours except for a coffee table that should be in the family room. We appreciated the coffee and muffins provided by the owner. But please upgrade allThe bedding—the bedspreads have holes and the pillows are old and not comfortable. This is an easy fix and would make a big difference.
