Location,staff,Shuttlebus perfect and very friendly! Room very clean and modern. All facilities. Sound proof from outside sound.
There are no restaurants as per the description . Only takeaways. We stayed Saturday to Sunday. No one was working at the building site right in front of the B&B thank god!!! They're building a metro at the moment. I was asking for a bath as a request, answer was yes. But when we arrived, they said ,4 rooms and only showers. Room beside us was heating broken. Lots of loud talk at 1am.

The room was very big, beds were comfortable and it was newly renovated and clean. The overall location is good as it is close to a bustling street and a short drive from the airport. There are many cafes and restaurants around.
The address mentioned takes us to an under-construction site. The actual property is next to this site and not visible. The property is a shared facility with a paid parking lot, shuttle service station and the bed and breakfast. There is a remote operated entrance gate but there was no one at the gate although we had indicated our arrival time and we were right on time. So, we were stranded at the gate for about 15-20 mins till some other client opened the gate for us. Eventually we had to call them, and after 10 mins., a shuttle driver came over and checked us in. During check out also there was no one at the gate and we had to quickly drop off key and run across the gate before it closes.
