About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 106 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Plomodiern, less than 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a pull-out bed with two single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Bathroom with bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful, newly landscaped 500 m² garden
- A 24 m² terrace equipped with an outdoor table, deckchairs, recliners and an illuminated parasol to prolong summer evenings in a convivial atmosphere.
The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Water sports and beach activities: the Porz Ar Vag beach with its sailing club and nearby beaches such as Sainte-Anne-la-Palud or Pentrez (Saint Nic) are perfect for water sports.
- Hiking and outdoor activities: The Ménez-Hom, an emblematic mountain near Plomodiern, offers hiking trails with exceptional panoramic views over the Bay of Douarnenez and the Crozon peninsula. There are many mountain bike and cycle routes in the region, particularly around Ménez-Hom and in the nearby Montagnes Noires.
On the seaside, you can take advantage of the legendary GR34 along the entire Crozon peninsula.
- Heritage and culture: Visit the parish enclosure of Sainte-Marie-du-Ménez-Hom, a remarkable historic site with its 16th-century calvary and Renaissance chapel.
Discover local chapels such as Saint-Corentin and Saint-Suliau, testimony to Brittany's rich religious heritage.
