About this apartment rental
Large one bedroom apartment of 75sqm finely furnished located inside a lovely residential complex. Equipped with a reserved outdoor parking space, it is located less than 6km from the center and is well connected to the public transport system. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with children (max 5 guests).
The apartment is located in the Prati Fiscali district, inside a small residential complex full of greenery. Ideal for couples, even with children.
The rooms are large and welcoming; inside the apartment you will find the main comforts in your home.
In addition to the large bedroom, equipped with a large wardrobe, you will find a very large anteroom with a single bed and a cot (if desired, removable). Large bathroom in front of the master bedroom, equipped with hair dryer.
Inside the living room there is the possibility of using one of the two sofas, as a sofa bed to comfortably accommodate two other guests.
The kitchen is large and habitable, has a table with four chairs and there is also the possibility of using a high chair for children. In addition to the microwave oven, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all utensils and dishes useful for the preparations.
It has a balcony where you will find the washing machine and the drying rack. You will also find the iron for your clothes.
For your greater comfort during your stay, we provide you with a punch of mineral water, in addition to what you need for your breakfast (dry biscuits, rusks, jams).
In the immediate vicinity you will find a bar, a newsagent and the main grocery stores, as well as a pharmacy.
The short distance from the center and the ease of access to public transport (the Metro is less than 1km - Staz. JONIO), makes the city center easily accessible.
The apartment is equipped with condominium heating, therefore the on and off times are linked to the programming of the latter.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
In the city of Rome, separate collection is mandatory, therefore please use the special containers inside the apartment and located on the balcony in front of the kitchen.

From the point of view of connections, the neighborhood is connected to Fiumicino Airport by the metropolitan train, get off at the Nuovo Salario stop and take the 339 for a few stops until via Foscari, is served by the subway (Line B1) which will take you there direct to the Colosseum and the main bus lines, which connect the neighborhood to the center in less than 20 minutes.

Valeria is a wonderful host with a beautiful apartment. She was kind and quick to help me with any problems or questions I had. All the basic amenities were there, as well as tea and breakfast cookies (which were addictive). Grazie mille, Valeria!

We had wonderful 5 days in Rome. The apartment was very nice, super clean and comfortable. Everything was as described. Valeria was so kind! She met us personally for the check-in and explained everything to us. We also got very helpful informations about restaurants, stores and public transport close to the apartment from Valeria. With a little walk, the apartment is well connected to the metro of Rome and so going to the center is comfortable.
We most enjoyed the personal touch for check-in and for the furnishment of the apartment. Everything we needed (shampoo, enough towels, even some food for breakfast... ) was there! So we felt like home, not like "one of many" residents. Thanks again, Valeria! I'm sure, we will come again to the apartment.
