The property welcomes you first with its large front terrace by the pool. On the highest point of the house, it offers a large sea view as well as a lounge area with garden furniture and bed.
The back and shaded terrace offers a dining area with a gas barbecue.
Finally, the 10x5m swimming pool benefits from a recently renovated pool and a heat pump to allow you to heat the pool from late April to late October depending on weather conditions. An outdoor shower accompanies to complete the comfort level of the exteriors of the house.
