Perfect for visiting family member at Mater Hospital, very close by to the Eccles St. entrance. The room was very clean and fresh, with water, tea/coffee.
I found the entrance locks on front door and room door a little tricky, but worked it out. TV in room would have been a nice addition

Comfortable room and good size for two adults and teenager
Key code/door was tricky. Three different codes to deal with: front door, room door, bathroom door. Room and bathroom wasn’t available when check-in was confirmed available. After having been awake for 36 hours, we wanted to rest.

Great location, the city center was very reachable by foot. The shared kitchen was very clean and had many equipment, although some basics like oil and salt would be appreciated as guests can't buy it in bulk. The pin codes are convenient so there is less worry about keys or cards missing.
The heater in the bathroom was quite loud and unstable. There was no bath mat which would have been better to have. Other than that the pictures matched the room and it was as expected.

The beds where very comfortable and we had a great sleep
The only problem we had was there was no television.
