I requested two double bedrooms, on the description one of the rooms showed that it had a terrace, both rooms varied in price. On the day of the booking, I followed it up with a phone call to confirm that the booking was for two double rooms which the person confirmed. On arrival, check in, I was told the booking was showing as 1 x double and 1 x twin which I queried and explained the booking was for 2 doubles one had a terrace. I was told that neither room had a terrace however there was a family room available which had a double bed. The booking did not reflect what I expected on my booking. The bedrooms were basic and ok. No breakfast was included in the price. The facilities and the main building looked tired and in need of a refurb/paint. That said, the staff were amazing both on check in and serving food and drinks. Overall, I felt that the price was not good value for money based on the accommodation and the description.
