* excellent location in the old city center, in easy walking distance of all highlights of the city. * nice apartment * reasonably clean inside the apartment * some coffee powder and tea was provided

* the description "Bedroom: 1 full bed // Living room: 1 sofa bed" makes it sound like there are two separate rooms. But there is no bedroom, only a living room. Everyone sleeps in the same room. (You can see this if you study the pictures, but it´s nevertheless misleading.) * only two towels for four people (!!) * the owner sends an (un)welcome-mail with a long list of house rules and their associated fees/penalties after you have already booked and payed. * even though the name of the apartment contains the word "wifi", we could not find the wifi SSID and password anywhere. (It was provided after a while when asked, though.) * smoking smell in the apartment upon arrival. Fortunately, this faded quickly. * The front of the building and common staircase appear dilapidated. The common staircase hasn´t been cleaned in a year or so; there´s a layer of accumulated dust. * security camera at the entrance, not mentioned in the online description but only announced after booking

Souci pour trouver le logement. (adresse mal indiquée) Souci pour la caution. Manque de réactivité. 1h30 pour récupérer le code de la boîte à clé !

Super Appartment in super Lage (in 10 Minuten laufen lst man schon auf dem Hauptplatz der Stadt) mit super Preis. Sauber und gut eingerichtet, in Historischer Gegend. Nicht wundern wegen der alten Tür und den Fensterläden. Das ist alles Denkmal geschützt. Das können Sie überall in Metz Altstadt so sehen. Alles extrem historisch.Die Fensterläden allein schon sind mindestens 200 Jahre alt . Da wohnen Sie in Geschichte. Ich war erst selbst verwundert aber habe mich dann schlau gemacht. Grandious!. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ja ich weiss die Tür ist alt und Denkmal geschützt, aber das mit dem Schlüssel war ein bisschen umstaendlich. Ich wusste oft nicht ob ich nach rechts zuschließen soll oder nach links. Und im Treppenhaus unten ließ man die Tür einfach so zufallen da sie von innen garnicht zu zuschließen ging. Sie war dann zu, aber nicht abgeschlossen. Man konnte also nicht von aussen rein aber wenn man richtig dagegen rempeln würde vielleicht doch 😂also so hat das auf jeden Fall gewirkt. An den Vermieter: Also vielleicht das mal mit dem Schlüssel und dem Schloss unten prüfen !
