From the moment we booked, we received information for check in. It was very easy to follow the instructions. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. The location is great. I would definitely come and stay again.
It's a shame you don't sit and look out to the mountains, though I understand it may not be practical.

The bed and sofa were both comfortable. The first night was very chilly - down to 5 degrees when I arrived and got colder, I think it was frosty first thing, but the bedding was lovely and warm. The fire tv made evening entertainment straight forward. It was clean. Carpet in the sitting area looked fairly new. Water from taps and shower came hot quickly. Considering I turned up after dark, i didn't struggle to find it once i convinced myself to just trust the process.. Once I had daylight, the view from the decking was spectacular, would be a lovely spot to sit on a nice day. It was cold when I arrived, but warmed up surprisingly quickly with the bedroom heater and sitting room gas fire switched on. Crockery and cutlery were adequate for what I needed - only thing missing was a corkscrew.
The doors were very small (i say this as the owner of a touring caravan!) - anyone with a bit of extra padding (like me) might struggle getting in and out of the bedrooms and bathroom. Likewise the loo was very snug, wedged between the shower and the wall not mych elbow room for the daily ablutions. The floor in the doorway was very spongy, not sure if it's just delaminating or rotten, but i was worried I was going to go through a few times until I found a solid bit to step on. Quite a few light fittings didn't work. Nothing really massively wrong, just the caravan showing its age.
