Pebble

The property is very well located for exploring Carbis Bay and the surrounding area. We could walk from the property along the coast path into Lelant. We were also able to make use of the local bus service and rail service between Carbis Bay and St Ives. The property was clean and nicely decorated. The combined sitting, dining and kitchen area was light and bright with a nice feature wall. The beds were comfortable and had a good amount of space for hanging clothes. There was plenty of hot water for showers and washing up. In addition, there was a small courtyard with a table and chairs as well as parking outside the property. The neighbour in No.1 was friendly and helpful.

As well as the information provided, it would have been useful to have had instructions for the radiator under the breakfast bar as well as arrangements for recycling. These are, however, minor issues. We would be very happy to come back for a return stay.

Very cosy and comfortable, loved the pink 😃 The best fish n chips or Tapas a short walk away and lunch was a lovely place dog friendly, park nearby. All very good for location, nice friendly neighbours.
