Perfect location - around 30 min walk or 10 min e-scooter/bike from Broadway and only a 10 min walk from the ballpark. Great for getting away from the chaos and noise. The river view was lovely! The apartment was clean, and basic amenities such as washing-up liquid, soap, etc were provided which was really helpful! Check-in and check-out was very easy. The car park was big enough that we didn't worry about a space being free despite being unable to reserve a space.
I think it would be helpful to make clear in the listing that this isn't an accessible apartment, it's on the second floor and there are no lifts, only stairs. Also, the laundry facilities aren't in each apartment, they're in a shared room and you had to pay to use them. Lastly, it's listed as 2 bathrooms, but the second bathroom is just a toilet (half-bathroom).
