The fantastic location on the gorgeous green island of Ciovo, just two-three steps from the first beach, as well as the fragrant surrounding pine forest are just some of the features that make Villa Mustra a wonderfully relaxing vacation home. This attractive villa offers magnificent views over the beautiful Adriatic Sea, as well as flexible accommodation that particularly appeals to large families and groups of friends who like their privacy. The house itself is spread over four floors and divided into 2 independent units and offers you all the modern benefits such as free Wi-Fi, A/C, SAT TV and underfloor heating. One apartment is on the second floor, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cozy living/kitchen/dining area with direct access to the lovely private terrace from where you can enjoy the magnificent sea views. The second apartment is distributed over the two upper floors. The bright, open plan living room with dining area and an elegant fireplace is on the lower floor and serves as an ideal gathering place for the whole party. It adjoins a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Both floors open onto private terraces from where you can admire the breathtaking panoramic views. With the beach right on your doorstep, you are sure to spend sunny days by the crystal-clear sea. However, for those who prefer their privacy, there is a private pool and an outdoor jacuzzi for extra pampering. The pretty covered dining terrace with built-in barbecue is perfect for al fresco dining. And if you still have energy left after all the adventures of the day, you will find a games room on the first floor with billiards, table soccer, darts and video games to provide extra fun for your dream vacation with family and friends.Villa Mustra has an ideal location for exploring this corner of paradise, with its numerous beautiful beaches, idyllic islands, hidden coves and famous crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, while at the same time being in close proximity to the wonderful historical and architectural sights of the famous UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Trogir and Split. The lively little resort of Okrug on the picturesque island of Ciovo offers a nice selection of restaurants, cafés and stores, as well as a number of beach bars known among the younger generation for their excellent parties. Countless small bays in the surrounding area offer peace and quiet for those who prefer privacy, while beautiful pebble beaches with plenty of shallow spots make it a perfect place for families with children. Adventure seekers have at their disposal a rich variety of sports and adventure facilities, including a diving center, tennis, soccer and basketball, as well as beach volleyball, surfing, parasailing and all kinds of water sports activities.

Everything was fantastik! Perfekt condition of the house and the location next to many swimming spots. Close to nice restaurant and Ribola store. Taxi was easy to get and busstop close. The host of the house was so friendly and they made our stay to something extra! They where really nice and helpful!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa Mustra. It truly is an idea place if you are looking for a quite location surrounded by gorgeous nature and hidden private beaches walking distance from the house. The historic town of Trogir is an easy 15min car ride with two nice public parking locations right next to the city. We went into town twice, once for my husbands birthday and second to explore and grab pizza/drinks. Otherwise, we were at the house and beaches right next to it. The home has it all - we especially loved the outdoor grill that was used 5 nights and spectacular views (multiple balconies facing water will not disappoint). Kids loved the pool and hot-tub as well as a billiard room located on the lower level. Hosts were lovely and ensured we had everything we needed and gave us lovely restaurant recommendations for both Trogir and Split. I will be looking to book this home again. This time around 10 of us stayed but honestly house can sleep 12 comfortably. One last thing, pictures do not lie - what you see is what we had. We are back in the States and I am missing my morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony. Thank you Mladena for opening the home for us and being a lovely host. We did explore near by islands one day by renting a boat - easy to do from our location.
