The family villa Noa is located in the small coastal village of Pridraga, near the beautiful city of Zadar. Villa Noa is the perfect place for a family vacation. It can accommodate up to 8 people in three bedrooms. This beautiful villa is divided into two floors. The open plan first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room with fireplace, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet. The staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the balcony. The balcony is the perfect private place to enjoy your morning coffee and the calming view of the sea. Next to the house is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a charcoal grill and a covered outdoor dining area where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them with your family and friends. If you want to spend your vacation in the sun, you will find a large and inviting pool and 4 comfortable sun loungers in front of the villa. If you prefer to spend warm summer days by the sea, the beach is only 10 meters away from the villa.

Not far from Villa Noa is the small town of Nin, known for its production of salt and healing mud. Don't forget to visit the islands of Pag and Rab in the north and the town of Sibenik in the south. For all lovers of gastronomy, numerous taverns offer traditional Dalmatian dishes, grilled fish, seafood and crabs on buzara, but also the famous Pag lamb under the baking lid. The Zadar region is rich in aromas, flavors, but also in natural and cultural sights. We are sure that every day will be filled with wonderful memories of Dalmatia.

The location of the house is perfect, the morning view is amazing, especially when the sun comes up. It is fully equipped, With dogs it is a good choice as well (they can swim about 300-400m away) . The owner is super friendly and really kind. The pool is heated and comfortable with automatic lights. The sea is 50 m far, warm, we also could hire jet-ski in the near and a restaurant is 100m away with good pizza. I would recommend to try it any time.

Es sind so tolle Gastgeber, Alen und seine Mutter, wir wurden schon mit einer Wurst/Käseplatte , eine Flasche Wein und einem Brot ,total herzlich empfangen. Auch zwischendurch, wenn Alen vorbeikam um den Poolchlorgehalt zu prüfen , hat er uns jedes mal selbstgebackenen Kuchen von seiner Mutter mitgebracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber, einziges Mango Küche für 6 Personen ,wenn man kochen will zu klein . Es gibt keine Arbeitsfläche zum vorbereiten und schneiden von Gemüse und anderen Dingen. Und leider gibt es nur in einem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage. 2 Zimmer sind ohne. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, man geht zur Gartentüre raus über eine wenig befahrene Straße und schon ist man am Meer. Die dem Haus zugehörige überdachte Grillterrasse ist sehr gut geeignet zum draußen zu essen, nur weite Wege bis in die Originalküche. Dafür ist dort ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen einem Kleinkind 1 Jahr und 2 Hunden dort und konnten uns , wenn wir wollten aus dem Weg gehen bezüglich der Größe. Der Vermieter war jederzeit über Whatsapp zu erreichen und immer hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder
