I booked double bed room with private bathroom. Fire alarm went on at 8:30 am. Water started pouring from the roof which was fine for safety reason. However, at 8:00 pm water started pouring again from the roof, and I had to use the trash bucket to avoid flooding in the room. I reported to the reception and before left I requested to move to another room. When I returned back, I was offered very tiny single bed room and I had to use shared bathroom.

I'm stay here for 7 night. The main reason is because very nearest to Victoria Coach Station (Bus) and Victoria Station (Trem/Train). Price was affordable among others hotel in Westminster. Small room, very little space. Have wifi, kettle, tv with channel, big mirror and room heater (because my vacancy on winter). Toilet is sharing with others, not in same level. Shower with hot water but water pressure something slow. Also no hot water on sink.
The staff change the towel if u ask for it, means it's not regularly everyday clean up your room. My room and receptionist is located different door, same building, just next door. As conclusion, i still feel that this hotel affordable to stay and may be i will choose this hotel again.

The room is located in the basement of the building and has its our bathroom that's located outside the room in the corridor. Room has good facilities such as a microwave and fridge which is very much appreciated. The bathroom is of good size but the problem is the lack of water pressure for the shower. The shower was more a drip than anything else. Another sad issue with the property is that they charge for storage off baggage when you leave. It feels an unnecessary charge.
