About this house rental
Rocky River Retreat is a private cabin nestled on 3 acres of serene woods, on a bank of water with soft rapids and several swimming holes. Offering a peaceful, relaxing getaway. It’s perfect for escaping from your worries and enjoying nature at its finest.
Some of the things to enjoy are watching the Bald Eagles flying over the creek, and beavers and otters swimming in the creek. If you are looking for some quiet time away from the city, this is the place….

This spacious cabin offers all the amenities a guest could ask for. With an outdoor fire pit located on the bank of the creek, with stairs leading you down to the creek.
In the home on the main floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, coffee bar, and utensils and spices for cooking up a feast.
On the main floor, there is a living room, a great room with a wood stove, kitchen, dining area, half bath, bedroom with a queen-size bed, laundry room and a large wrap-around porch.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom with a master bathroom and one full bathroom. One of the three bedrooms has a loft with two queen beds in it.
This unique home offers ample space to comfortably accommodate 12 people.

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The beds were very cozy.

We stayed here for a work trip and our crew loved it! It was so nice to have such a comfortable quiet place to come home to at the end of each day. Swimming in the creek was refreshing, and cozying up inside at night was so lovely. We are hoping to stay here again for another work trip!
