About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 139 m² house in Plouharnel to rent for up to 8 people. It comprises a pretty 32 m² living room with fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 319 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 32 m² living room with TV screen, no channel access yet, only platforms.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with WC
- A garage (no car parking available)
First floor:
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) with shower room and WC.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bedrooms with two single beds.
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Please note: There are no shutters in the accommodation, but the bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
Outside area :
- A beautiful 319 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The garden furniture can accommodate up to 8 people around the table. The garden is now entirely laid to lawn.
The house is ideally located in Plouharnel, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Auray station 15 km away (18 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique
