Welcome to Sunono Creative Retreats With love, warmth, and heartfelt affection, we welcome you to Sunono Creative Retreats — a sanctuary of creativity, tranquility, and beauty in the magical Scottish countryside.
Whether you're a solo traveler or a couple seeking peaceful time to relax, read, or create, this is a place designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Your comfort and wellbeing are our top priorities, and we're dedicated to meeting your needs with care and intention.
Location:
We are located in a serene rural area of the Scottish countryside, just:
10 minutes by car from Loch Leven
25 minutes from Stirling Castle
40 minutes from Edinburgh
We also offer pick-up and drop-off services to Edinburgh Airport or Queen Margaret’s Train Station for an additional charge.
Accommodations:
We offer three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and designed to host up to 2 adults:
The Lake Room – Two single beds (can be joined to form a queen-size bed)
The Garden Room – Two single beds (can also be joined to form a king-size bed)
The Red Squirrel Room – One king-size bed
Rooms can be booked individually or as a full 3-bedroom retreat, depending on your needs.
Shared Spaces:
Drawing Room – A bright, cozy space with a dining table for 6, a seating area, reading corners, and access to a coffee machine, mini fridge, and all dining essentials. You’re welcome to borrow and enjoy our collection of books during your stay.
Downstairs Living Area – A quiet, inviting lounge space available for all guests to enjoy.
You’ll have a private entrance to the home, dedicated parking, and individual lockboxes for flexible check-in and check-out, with keys to the main entrance provided.
Surroundings & Extras:
Explore our 15 acres of private gardens, woodland, and a peaceful pond — perfect for wandering, reflecting, or simply enjoying nature.
Add-on experiences include access to our BBQ Lodge or outdoor BBQ grill, available for an extra charge.
We’re happy to arrange sightseeing day trips or special outings upon request (additional cost applies).
