This charming 4BR, 2BA home is the perfect getaway for family and friends. The updated kitchen includes a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Enjoy the open-concept living space with large windows, a decorative fireplace, and a comfy couch. Just minutes from dining and shopping, and 15 minutes from downtown. Guests will enter the house through the front door using a digital keypad. Enter into the spacious open-concept living space. The living room has a comfy couch, armchairs, and a SmartTV and is open to the dining area and kitchen. Guests can access the backyard through the sliding door in the living room.
Through the kitchen is the first bedroom. Off the living room is a hallway leading to the three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The laundry room is in the first bathroom in the hallway.
Outside, you will see a large fenced backyard with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill for your use.

This place is great! The property is very clean and comfortable. The host is very accommodating and communicates in a timely manner.

I recommend getting more reliable cooking untensils and dishes. The showers were difficult to operate. The lawn was not mowed and there patio area was not very appealing and neither was the back yard.

This house has the potential to be a great place, but first it needs a deep cleaning. There was a lot of dust under the furniture, linens and towels were stained, shower curtain was dirty and there was food under the fridge and stove that have been there for a long time.
The place needs TLC and cleaning!!!!
