About this cottage rental
Peacock House is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a quiet residential location in Chichester. Entering the house there is a lovely snug with smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating, through to the lovely open sitting room, again with plenty of comfortable seating and games available to enjoy, this room has been laid out for guests to relax without modern distractions. There is a dining table to the back of this room for enjoying breakfast or you morning coffee. In the modern kitchen the hosts have provided everything guests could need to comfortably self cater for their stay including gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer. The utility area houses the washing machine and the hosts have also provided an iron and ironing board. Through to the rear of the house there is a conservatory with a second dining table, this is a lovely area to enjoy a meal you have prepared in at home or why not try a takeaway from one of the wonderful restaurants in Chichester.
Upstairs to the first floor there are four bedrooms, all with lovely linens and comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom is a king with an en suite shower, there is a further double a single and the 4th bedroom has a comfortable fold out bed. The family bathroom has a bath.
Outside there is seating so guests can sit out and enjoy the evening sunshine after a day exploring the area and to the front there is parking for two vehicles.
