La localisation, le fait que ce soit un apparthotel

J’ai demandé un oreiller 2 x et il n’est jamais arrivé. La conciergerie semble un peu débordée par le nombre d’appartements à gérer. Personne au téléphone pour vous demander si tout est ok. Toujours très stressant
