Good location. Lots of space. Good facilities. Warm and clean. Very close to decent pubs and great restaurants. Good walks in area. We used as base to play golf. Lots of great courses in area. Quiet neighbourhood.
Parking potentially tricky on street although we got lucky with odd space on the street. Someone else parked outside the whole weekend. Guide in house said community car park could be used but all gates were locked.

N/A generally good, but not sharp I.e attention to detail with cleaniness
Showers were a nightmare to regulate especially in en-suite. Not enough plates etc for 6 people-had to keep washing up as not enough for dishwasher 😂pillows were hard & lumpy
