Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert aufgrund der hervorragenden Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen. Der Supermarkt ist direkt neben dem Eingang. Ein Waschsalon nur ein paar Meter weiter. In der Wohnung kann man den Fahrstuhl nutzen, so dass es angenehm ist, im 4. Stock zu sein. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet inkl. dem Bad, so dass man sich wie in einem mordernen Hotel fühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr vollständig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
