Die Lage ist ausserhalb der Stadt, mit dem PKW oder dem öffentlichen Bus erreichbar, der Blick ist super, allerdings nur vom Frühstücksraum bzw. der Terrasse dort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, man vermisst aber Professionalität im Service und in der Küche.

Der Weg zur Bergbahn nach Como ist weit, von daher ist man immer auf den Bus angewiesen, soweit man sich nicht dem Parkplatzstress in Como aussetzen möchte. Das Gebäude ist hauptsächlich vermietet, nur wenige Zimmer gehören zum B&B. Von daher kann der Permanentmieter als Nachbar durchaus Raucher sein oder seinen Balkon abends länger nutzen. Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Kosmetikspiegel, Bodylotion und Kosmetiktücher. Auf dem Balkon fehlen Liegestühle. Morgens gab es kein Brot und der morgendliche Cappucino hatte Putzwassercharakter. Aber überall steht LUXURY drauf.

I love the room and overall experience of the staff.

Finding the location can be hard for a first time vistor. While the team give instruction, it could be simplified and more clearer (eg there are two layers of entry and the top is where the guest should go). Additionally help with transport if someone is visiting without a car (eg use Uber).

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ambienti curati e pulizia impeccabile. Staff giovane, gentile e sempre disponibile. Bellissima la vista sul Lago di Como dalla sala colazione al terzo piano, con terrazza e cucina a vista. La colazione viene preparata al momento ed è di ottima qualità, un vero valore aggiunto. Ottima posizione per visitare Como soggiornando però in una zona tranquilla. Consigliato!

Comfortable and clean all new

I wasn’t keen on the location as if you want to eat or have a drink you need to drive into town there is absolutely nothing near by. There is a mini bar in the room but that’s it, plus if you need any extra things it’s hard to communicate as tente isn’t always someone around.
