The house is behind a fence accessible using a code or chip, it felt safe. The house has a good location right in front of the tram stop.The tram runs near the metro, so access to the center of Paris is easy.The accommodation was sufficient for our needs.
The access code to the house didn't work, the residents passing by let us in. The subsequent code on the key box work.We didn't like that the landlord didn't communicate. They only wrote us everything on the day of arrival, which was very inconvenient because we were already traveling.
We also didn't like that the landlord demanded a 300EUR deposit, which was not described anywhere and the day before we received a message about the necessary payment.We also didn't like that you couldn't get into the parking lot without the remote control, and it was on the table in the apartment. There was nowhere to park outside.

Sauberkeit der Wohnung genug Handtücher lage hat gut gepasst alles in der Nähe parking war kein Problem würde ich immer wieder anmieten
Bei der Ankunft kamm ich nicht ganz zurecht mit der zugangsdaten um die eingangstüren zu öffnen hatte leicht Schwierigkeiten aber danach war ich geübt und ging alles gut
