Although out the city / town centres, it was on a bus route to both Bath and Bradford on Avon. There was a pub within walking distance (although more an eatery), there was also a farm shop nearby that did great breakfasts. The pool was gorgeously warm, although wasn’t aware until we’d booked that we needed to book sessions, this wasn’t a big problem though. The kitchen was functional, bathroom clean and the bed comfy. No place is perfect, but overall we were impressed. We’ll definitely be back.
Although not very busy, you could hear the road. We could also hear the people next door at times.
Not easy walking distance to town (approx 2 miles).

We had a fantastic stay here. We stayed for two nights and swam four times (all private sessions). The cottage was clean, with everything we needed, and all the information for our stay was provided in advance via an online handbook. It was easy to find and get into the cottage, and we appreciated the flexible check-out time on the Sunday. A major highlight was the sauna!! Amazing experience.

Great location to explore Bradford on Avon, Bath and the surroundings. Very clean, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The pool was so warm and clean- the kids loved it so much! The sheep herding session was incredible! The link with the guide for guests is so useful, very well done! This place has it all. We would love to stay again! Highly recommended!
Hartley farm shop is 12 min walking and has great food and a cute playground.
I think that a game room can be an amazing addition:))

The cottage was very comfy and well equipped. There was plenty of room and the bathroom has a good size walk in shower. The booking system for the swimming pool worked well and it was great to be able to relax with a swim at the end of the day.
It was all good, no bad points for us.
