Unbelievable view, spotless and the value for money is crazy

Location was fantastic. Travelling with my elderly father, so this was very important. Close to town and SSE Arena. Facilties were pretty basic, but the beds were super comfortable, and view from apartment was great.
Problem with gaining access to the apartment. Started when we couldn't get into the carpark, we then got trapped in the carpark for 10 minutes, unable to access the lifts, with no phone signal. When we did leave the building, we had to rely on other people coming in or leaving for us to get back in. There is an automatic system, which was not clear, and was not clearly explained in the email. This was unfortunate, as it is the only reason why I wouldn't return.

Het appartement was ideaal gelegen: zeer centraal, met een Lidl op wandelafstand en ook het Titanic Museum eenvoudig te voet bereikbaar. Vanaf de 15de verdieping genoten we van een mooi uitzicht over zowel het stadscentrum als de snelwegen rond de stad.
De locatie is bovendien goed bereikbaar voor wie met de auto komt, en de ondergrondse parking is een groot pluspunt. Binnen was alles wat we nodig hadden ā en zelfs meer ā aanwezig. Fijn ook dat er kleine extraās voorzien waren, zoals suiker, theezakjes en afwasmiddel.
Kortom, een uitstekend verblijf en een aanrader voor wie Belfast bezoekt.
Het principe van de kluis en de slagboom voor de parking is op zich eenvoudig, maar in het begin had ik het niet meteen door. Gelukkig kon ik de host snel bereiken, die alles duidelijk uitlegde. Omdat er op dat moment even geen parkeerplaats vlakbij was en we dus kort dubbel moesten parkeren om de sleutel op te halen, was dat een klein praktisch minpuntje.
De bedden waren voor ons wat aan de zachte kant, waardoor we het gevoel hadden een beetje naar elkaar toe te rollen.
In de badkamer zagen we nog een paar kleine verbeterpunten, zoals het herstellen van het plankje onder de douche. Dat zou het geheel net wat verzorgder en hygiƫnischer doen aanvoelen.

Great location lovely view of docks and we appreciated the value of booking for our family stay. So for money we happy . Great base for titanic and town with young family . Had everything we needed š
Need to streamline access check in and check out. Better instructions would be appreciated.
