Cosy 2BR House in Awaroa Road

Location for what I needed was perfect it was clean and tidy and comfortable will be back definitely

Apartment was very lovely, clean nd warm ( due to there being a heat pump both upstairs nd downstairs) lovely quiet neighbors. Sofa was absolutely beautiful big nd soft, beds were very warm nd comfortable.

There is a hornets nest in the water cylinder

A nice clean & modern apartment, comfortable beds, full kitchen. The best communication with owners / property managers, Tim and Lucas, in years. Easy to deal with, fixing small issues right away. Keep it this way! You were great!

The car chargers could not be used.

The house is pretty much new. The toilet has a Japan-style bidet. The property manager is responsive.

Two cockroaches came out early in the evening as we were watching TV on our first night, making us wonder how many there were in the kitchen. The kitchen chairs are super uncomfortable. It made working on the computer painful. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper and basic supplies. We had to go to the store our 2nd day to buy more TP and missing things. It lacks privacy. There are many identical units attached, so you either have to keep the drapes down all day/night blocking out your natural light, or leave them up letting anyone who walks by see in.
