Posizione ottima e molto vicina al centro storico . Accesso diretto in una ZTL ma se fate la richiesta giornaliera dal sito del comune con 5 euro arrivate davanti il bellissimo palazzo e potete scaricare i bagagli. Poi il comodo ascensore vi porta al loft che risulta essere veramente una bella e silenziosa struttura. Televisore veramente grande x gustarvi le TV in chiaro e le varie piattaforme più famose che sono a disposizione in streaming !!
Come richiesto abbiamo trovato il locale già riscaldato ma poi l'utilizzo del sistema ad aria calda è limitato ad una temperatura che non rende proprio gradevole l'ambiente in un periodo dove le temperature esterne sono molto basse. La pulizia non è proprio all'altezza dell'ambiente denominato "Luxuri" come non lo sono le stoviglie . Abbiamo poi dovuto adattare le lenzuola del tipo matrimoniale per il divano letto che è di misura singolo. Nel complesso comunque abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno e le note sopra descritte spero possano solo aiutare il proprietario ( molto disponibile e veloce nel rispondere ai nostri messaggi ) per rendere veramente "Luxuri" una bella struttura !!

Toll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank.
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer TV - für gemütliche Abende bei Schlechtwetter (inkl. Netflix Zugang)
Die Lage des Lofts ist einfach ein Wahnsinn! Mitten im Zentrum, fußläufig ist alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Das Loft liegt im 4. Stock mit Aufzug. Es ist trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig im Loft.
Bei der Aussicht hätte man durch die Beschreibung erwartet, dass man bei Tisch den Dom sieht - dem ist allerdings nicht so. Hatte aber keinen Einfluss, auf das tolle Loft! Ein bisschen dunkel - selbst mit eingeschalteten Lampen.
Parkpläte sind nicht inkludiert (das war etwas irreführend in der Beschreibung) - fußläufig ist eine Tiefgarage in 8 Min erreichbar.
