Location was great, almost right on the beach (not quite as sandy as expected, but a nice walk with the dog). Nice big caravan with plenty of rooms/beds. Loved the decking outside as it meant we could let the dog roam freely with the door open. Tea, coffee and long life milk provided. Along with washing up liquid and tea towel (although not sure if the previous tenant left it behind). Blankets provided in the living area. Clean and tidy.
WiFi very good and TV with Netflix etc a bonus.
The mattress in the double room was very uncomfortable and didn't quite fit the bed frame. As soon as you lay on it, it felt lumpy and almost fell out of the bed a few times as it splayed out at the sides!
The water in the shower was either hot or extremely hot. We couldn't get the temperature right (there didn't seem to be any cold water), You had to keep turning it off to get cold water, so was quite difficult to shower comfortably.
Could have done with an additional baking tray for cooking as there was only 1 small one.
We visited the on site bar/restaurant/showbar but kept getting asked for passes, we couldn't find these in the caravan and there was no mention of needing any. Couldn't book the swimming pool either because of the need for passes.

Super location on the edge of the site not far from the entrance. Site very dog friendly, everyone seemed to have dogs. Very comfortable clean caravan, with good facilities, owner helpful, had a lovely relaxing break. Loads to do in the area. Will be coming back again for sure.

Clean with everything you needed just needed a dust pan and brush. Even biscuits and throws for the dogs

Great location. Peaceful getaway for a couple of days. Very good value for money. Guess it would naturally cost more in season. Had everything we needed. Nicely kitted out and a comfortable bed. Can easily warm up if needed although it never gpt that cold. Would have no issue staying again.
Think the site as a whole should have full WiFi for free. Feels a bit old fashioned to charge especially when mobile reception is poor. Few ceiling lights in there need attention but no big deal. It might be useful to have an info pack for things like boiler instructions etc, maybe location of local facilities, restaurants etc. All things we could easily work out but some could struggle possibly.
