Die Wohnung ist recht neu, sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht – besonders vom schönen Balkon aus. Alles war grundsätzlich sauber und gepflegt.
Leider wirkten die handwerklichen Arbeiten etwas nachlässig: Auf manchen Fliesen und Türen waren Farbspritzer, an den Fenstern klebten noch Aufkleber, und die Wände hatten bereits einige Macken. Auch die Möbel machten qualitativ keinen besonders guten Eindruck, obwohl die Unterkunft neu ist.
Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung mit Potenzial, aber mit deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Ausführung und Ausstattung.
