Very nice home, cozy
Was clean but definitely not fully clean, like the cupboards were a bit unclean, but beds were all clean

Very mixed reviews on here regarding this accommodation. Here's an honest one.
There were 3 of us staying - going to a gig at the Co-op Live - great location for getting there. About 20 minutes walk or an Uber for £7.
The downstairs accommodation was comfortable and spacious.
Bedrooms were light and pleasant - we all slept well in the beds.
Well-equipped kitchen.
Bathroom let it down. The electric shower didn't work - had to rely on the shower attachment from the bath. Bathmats need replacing - or binned. Looked dark and grubby generally - needs a proper revamp.
Hand towels would have been nice.
The area was questionable. (Notice, no photos of the outside.) That said, we were able to park easily on the backstreet behind and had no problems.
Wouldn't want to stay there for a week - but would do an overnight if I was in the area.
