Localização, a casa está literalmente em frente a escadaria para as prainhas do pontal do Atalaia (é possível ver as pessoas subindo por ela), e a 2min do acesso para ir de carro, está a 5min da subida da trilha para a praia do Forno. A casa é grande, com pé direito dobrado, cozinha bem equipada, ar-condicionado em todos os quartos (são 5 quartos, 4 no piso superior, e 1 no térreo).

A casa é grande e tem banheiro em todos quartos o que é ótimo para uma casa de praia, a localização é boa, decoração bonita
O ar condicionado de dois quartos estava com defeito, passamos muito calor, tentaram arrumar o ar mas apenas um funcionou depois de duas noites estragado, o portão eletrônico da garagem ficava saindo do trilho, precisando de 2 pessoas para colocar de novo no lugar
