الشقة واسعة في عمارة نظيفة ومنطقة امنه, المواقف عامه ولكن ملاصقة للمبنى وتابعة لسوبر ماركت لطيف
الشقة كانت نظيفة لحد كبير
غسالة الملابس لم تكن نظيفة (تحتاج صيانة للتنظيف), وجود بقع في مفرش السرير قد لاتكون خطيرة ولكنها مزعجة للحريصين على النظافة , المناشف نظيفة ولكن قديمة ومهترئة

Buon appartamento in un palazzo tranquillo, parcheggio disponibile in zona e supermercato a pochi metri. Anche la metro raggiungibile in poco tempo.
Purtroppo ho trovato l’appartamento con un forte odore di fumo, sicuramente ha ospitato nel tempo diversi fumatori. Non è bastato far arieggiare l’ambiente durante il soggiorno e non sono bastati i numerosi profumatori d’ambiente presenti, andrebbero lavati o sostituiti tutti i tessuti perchè impregnati dell’odore di fumo. La prima notte non l’ho passata benissimo.
Contrariamente a quanto riportato nella scheda servizi della struttura, l’host anche se ha partita iva non rilascia fattura o ricevuta fiscale neanche su richiesta. Il mio è stato un viaggio di lavoro, l’host è stato però disponibile nel rilasciare una quietanza di pagamento per dichiarare i costi.
