Tastefully renovated apartment with top notch comfort additions. Spotlessly clean. In a great location. Great communication with the owner and easy self check in.
It was very noisy at night due to a party in the downstairs restaurant. On a positive note, earplugs were provided with the towel set and helped us get to sleep.

En plus d’être beau, le logement est super bien placé, super bien équipé et la literie super confortable !
Le bar/restau en bas du logement met de la musique jusqu’à 2h du matin. Même si la playlist était super, je vous conseille de venir avec des boules quies.

L’emplacement, le confort, la literie, plutôt bien équipé. Très cocooning.
Énormément de bruit le soir, soit dû au bar en bas soit à l’évènement du week-end vidéo mapping festival donc pas idéal avec un bébé. État généralement propre mais à améliorer. Brosse et éponge à changer dans la cuisine. Peut-être ajouter des tasses à café?

L'appartement est situé dans le centre de Lille, il est rénové avec goût, la litterie est bonne. Rien à dire sur l'appartement, le prix et la propriétaire.
Le bruit. Si vous voulez faire la fête, c'est parfait! Si vous voulez dormir, oubliez ! Le bar en-dessous met de la musique jusqu'à deux heures du matin ensuite les personnes du bar chantent dans la rue suivi par les poubelles donc même si l'appartement est beau et bien situé, nuit blanche assurée! Des boules quiès sont mis à disposition mais cela ne suffit pas...
