Property was very good value for 2 nights stay. Not far from St Annes centre. Having use of the hot tub was the highlight. This was positioned in a very tasteful covered area not overlooked in the back garden. Would stay again.

Tidy, well presented property. Nice and clean and welcoming. Loved the hot tub.
Couches slightly uncomfortable to sit on. But that comes down to personal preference.

The hot tub is amazing. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

It is lovely and clean.
