The location of this place is amazing opposite Coop. The place was easy to find and parking was outdoors and spacious which is a bonus in Europe. Top floor apartment. Note - there is stairs to get to the top floor but the treads are enough to fit a foot which is rare. Good availability of the cot.
There were a few cosmetic issues with loose door seals on the balcony, fallen off skirting and overloading the power circuit when using kitchen appliances. There is a circuit breaker in the apartment and also in the building complex so it can be switched back on.
