Laurence and Eric are absolutely among the best owners that I ever met. They are really helpful and willing to listen to customer voices which i think it's crucial to run a Airbnb/Booking apartment well. The location is very good, everything you need supermarkets restaurants local markets attractions sea are within 15 minutes walk, perfect! The surrounding is quiet when windows closed cause it's in a small alley. All in all, the most important is the services by owners are super!
A small defect: there are no shower gel and shampoo which is not a big deal but prevents it from getting a 10 out of 10. Instead I will rate 9.8 out of 10

Apartment located in the quiet street of the old town, spacious, warm, cozy and have a lot of light and with the most necessary things - a kitchenette, a washing machine, an iron, normal sleeping bed. The apartments are run by a pleasant and caring hostess.
The bed and bathroom are on a mezzanine floor accessed by a spiral staircase. The ceiling above the bed is low, so it may be uncomfortable for tall people. The ceiling in the bathroom is normal.

The host was always immensely kind, quick to respond, helpful and reliable and the apartment is situated right in the centre with access to all important sights and shops without it being noisy at night. We also liked that that it was exceptionally clean and had all the utensils needed to prepare meals and everything, should one want to stay longer. It was cozy and really nice!
The door to the toilet on the upper floor does not completely close. That was not a problem for us, however.

After a terrible experience with an Ibis hotel in Nice, this was exactly what we needed. A gorgeous split level apartment with loads of space, in an incredible location. 10 minutes walk from a lovely beach, practically next door to a ton of great shops, restaurants, and cafes, and a great vibe. The apartment looks lovely, has all the facilities we needed, and was extremely comfortable for us. It turned out holiday around and really made it special.
Laurence, the host, was also a joy to deal with and gave us a full list of recommended places to visit in the very useful handbook she left behind.
We will absolutely be returning to Antibes next year and I hope we can stay here again!
Quite a bit of light comes in from the (lovely) double windows, even with the shutters, so we ended up putting a big sheet over the balcony to block some of it. The bed was extremely comfortable so it didn't affect our sleep much.
