About this house rental
Situated on a plateau, and immersed in the uncontaminated nature of the Marche Apennines, this farmhouse allows guests to enjoy the relaxation of a perfect holiday. Families and friends can be hosted in this farmhouse up to a maximum of 16 people. The owner lives in a part of the structure, leaving guests their privacy, but present in case of need. All rooms have an en suite bathroom and a large living room on the ground floor can host lunches and dinners. The garden is large, with a beautiful swimming pool where guests have private use. Umbrellas, sunbeds and garden furniture guarantee maximum comfort and relaxation. In the town of Carpegna you can find shops and all the main services, as well as bike rental and various activities and excursions, adventure parks. In the surroundings there are also beautiful villages rich in history and culture, from San Leo to Urbino, from Frontino to the Republic of San Marino.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
