This beautiful detached house with private swimming pool is set in the green hills of Marche, 5 km from Tavullia and 12 km from the beaches of Pesaro, Cattolica, and Gabicce. Ideal for families and groups, the fenced 7,000 m² outdoor area includes sun loungers, umbrellas, a volleyball net, water polo goals, a 5-a-side football field, ping-pong, table football, basketball hoop, billiards, and fitness equipment. Children enjoy a play area with a swing, while a shaded gazebo and barbecue area with stove and sink make outdoor dining a pleasure. The two-level house has two kitchens, a large dining room, two living rooms, five bedrooms on the ground floor (including a French bed), six bedrooms upstairs, and five bathrooms (one accessible). Satellite TV and air conditioning (2025) add comfort. Nearby attractions include Urbino (30 km), San Marino (50 km), Gradara Castle (7 km), amusement parks, golf in San Giovanni in Marignano (13 km), and equestrian centers. Guests can also enjoy a pizza evening prepared in the wood oven by the owners.
