The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (first flambé offered, wood not provided)
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room, private balcony
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (90x190)
- 1 bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private heated and covered swimming pool measuring 8 m by 4 m. Open from 1 May to 30 September (Opening dates non-contractual).
- A beautiful 2,000 m² private, unenclosed garden with sea view
- A terrace with garden furniture, parasol and deckchair
The house is ideally located in Plouguiel, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Tréguier train station 5 km away
- Brest-Bretagne airport 130 km away

- Free WiFi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. The first fire is free.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay. Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
