Apartment Theo in the 'Alte Schule' holiday home in Ferna offers wonderful mountain views and is accessible. With 90 m², you have a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom—ideal for up to four guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a home office workspace, TV, washing machine, dryer, and children’s books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available.
In the shared outdoor area, you’ll find a garden, a covered terrace, smoking area, and barbecue facilities. The apartment is right next to a playground—perfect for families. Located between Leinefelde-Worbis (with the Alternative Bear Park) and the half-timbered town of Duderstadt at the Ohmgebirge, it’s an ideal base for excursions.
